Barbara ''Suzzie'' Leary of 3800 Atlantic Ave. passed away July 21, 1994, in DePaul Medical Center.

Suzzie, the widow of David Alan Leary, Sr., was born in Winchester, Va. She graduated from Cradock High School in 1960 and Columbia College in 1981. She had retired from Civil Service as a contract specialist. She was a member of Galilee Episcopal Church of Virginia Beach.

Suzzie is survived by her mother, Grace White Berryhill of Chesapeake; one daughter, Michelle Olivieri of Virginia Beach; two sons, David A. Leary, Jr. and Matthew M. Leary, both of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Louise Rose of Hallendale, Fla., and Ann B. Stafford of Carrollton, Va.; three brothers, Bain Berryhill of LaPunta, Calif., W.R. Berryhill, Jr. of Glengary, W.Va., and Baxter Berryhill of Williamsburg, Va.; and two god children, Cheryl Berryhill and Lorraine Berryhill, both of Glengary, W.Va.

A memorial service will be conducted Monday, July 25th at 4:00 p.m. in Maestas Funeral Home Baltic Avenue Chapel by the Rev. Dale Hirst. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2730 Ellsmere Ave., Norfolk, Va. 23513, or to a charity of your choice. The family will receive friends following the service at 3800 Atlantic Avenue.
